His experience includes dealing with industrial disputes, employment terminations and redundancies, contract drafting, restraints of trade, harassment and discrimination issues. He has also acted as mediator in employee grievances.
Cameron heads up the firm's Workplace Health and Safety team and regularly provides specialist advice and representation to clients in both the general and mining sectors in relation to workplace health and safety compliance issues and prosecutions.
He has worked with clients across sectors including transport, banking, agribusiness, construction, education, local government and mining and resources.
As a result of ongoing changes in workplace relations and safety issues, Cameron provides continuing education and updates to clients to ensure they stay informed of issues affecting their business. Hew also provides tailored training to assit clients meet compliance requirements.
