Calen Nixon

Calen (he/him/his) advises provincially and federally regulated employers in all areas of labour and employment law.

Calen regularly appears before various administrative tribunals and has successfully appeared before all levels of court in Saskatchewan. He has presented as a panel member at national conferences and has been invited to speak before trade groups and other organizations about labour and employment law, human rights and occupational health and safety. Calen is also the team lead of the firm’s labour and employment practice group.

Calen is also an experienced commercial litigator and problem solver. He has helped executives, partners, shareholders, investors, intellectual property rights holders and professional regulators get the results they need.
