Biography
Caitlin is a commercial litigation lawyer specialising in large-scale, complex commercial disputes with a focus on consumer law, regulatory compliance, contractual disputes, and intellectual property matters.
She acts for a broad range of clients across the public and private sectors, including the Commonwealth Government, large corporations, consumer brands, and individuals. She also has experience working as in-house counsel for a global company.
Over the course of her career, Caitlin has acted in complex litigation in the Federal Court of Australia and various State Supreme Courts, including matters involving misleading or deceptive conduct, large contractual disputes, product liability, and shareholder disputes. She has also advised on disputes involving regulators such as the ACCC and Office of Fair Trading, and acted for clients in both pursuing and defending enforcement action.
