C. Richard “Rich” Mancini is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Court Mediator who focuses his practice on trust and estate litigation, contested guardianships, business disputes, banking and financial matters and mediation and arbitration. He represents fiduciaries and beneficiaries in complex trust and estate disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims and contested probate proceedings and also handles contract and real property litigation.
Rich is frequently appointed by courts to serve as a fiduciary in contested probate and trust matters and regularly serves as a mediator and arbitrator. He is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida.
Rich serves as co-chair of Henderson Franklin’s Estate and Trust Planning Department and chairs the firm’s Expansion Committee. He has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America® for Trusts and Estates and Litigation – Trusts and Estates since 2025.
