Michelle Tribe is a litigator at Fraser Litigation Group in Vancouver, British Columbia. She advises clients through all stages of the litigation process, including investigations, pleadings, discoveries, interim applications, trial preparation, trial, and appeal.
Her experience includes shareholder disputes, breach of contract claims, environmental litigation, Insurance Law matters, insurance coverage disputes, construction claims, and secured creditor disputes. Michelle also represents clients in estate and succession litigation, including committeeship proceedings, Wills Variation Act claims, disputes involving executors and beneficiaries, and breach of trust matters.

Before co-founding Fraser Litigation Group, Michelle practiced with a regional Vancouver law firm and previously worked at an insurance boutique firm where she focused on insurance coverage and defence-related claims.
