Biography

Hogan Paschal is an attorney in Fishman Haygood’s Litigation Section. Her practice covers complex securities, corporate governance, tax, environmental, international arbitration, and other civil litigation.

Hogan has gained significant trial experience as a young lawyer. In February 2025, she was part of the Fishman Haygood trial team that secured a multimillion-dollar verdict in favor of a school board and school operator who suffered asbestos contamination and other damages arising from an abatement negligently performed by a multinational engineering firm and its contracting team.

Notably, Hogan was recently appointed by U.S. District Judge M. Casey Rodgers to the Law and Briefing Subcommittee in the Depo-Provera Products Liability Litigation (Case No. 3:25-md-3140). Additionally, Hogan serves as co-chair of the Bank Defendant Committee in the multidistrict litigation In re FTX Cryptocurrency Exchange Collapse.

Hogan is a member of the Association for Women Attorneys – New Orleans. She is also a member of the International Bar Association, the foremost organization for international legal practitioners, bar associations, and law societies.

She is also a Supers Lawyers “Rising Star” in Environmental Litigation, Class Action/Mass Torts: Plaintiff, International, Securities Litigation, Antitrust Litigation, and Tax: Business.

Before joining Fishman Haygood, Hogan maintained a transactional practice at a premier, New York-based global law firm for several years. There, she represented a broad range of public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, and in general corporate, regulatory compliance and securities matters. With her transactional experience, Hogan brings practical insight into the matters she now litigates.

Hogan received her law degree from New York University School of Law and her undergraduate degree from Harvard University.
