Biography
Bryce is an associate in Nixon Peabody’s Private Clients group. Bryce counsels families within the United States and abroad concerning the strategic dispositions of their assets, employing strategies that prioritize tax minimization, creditor protection, disability planning, and family wealth preservation. Bryce also serves as a fiduciary, overseeing the management and administration of estate and trust plans.
What do you focus on?
I assist clients in developing estate plans tailored to meet their unique needs. I also counsel fiduciaries and trust beneficiaries relating to rights and obligations within estate and trust disputes, and I assist families with navigating contested and non-contested guardianship and conservatorship proceedings.
Outside of the office, I frequently write and speak on various topics including guardianship, conservatorship, estate planning strategies to support individuals with mental illness and substance abuse, avoiding strife in blended families, and assisted reproductive technology considerations within estate planning.
