Biography

Mr. McFall is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Labor and Employment Law and is the Managing Shareholder of the Dallas, Texas office of the national labor and employment law firm Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak & Stewart, P.C. He received his bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from Emory University, and his law degree, cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin. Mr. McFall was a member of the Texas Law Review and graduated as a member of Chancellors, the highest honorary academic legal order of the University of Texas School of Law.

Mr. McFall served as a law clerk to the Honorable A. Joe Fish, United States District Court, Northern District of Texas. He has been named a “Texas Super Lawyer” in employment litigation, is listed in Best Lawyers, and is recommended in labor and employment law by Chambers USA.

Mr. McFall has extensive experience litigating employment matters in courts throughout the United States, including discrimination, wage and hour, collective/class actions, employment torts and restrictive covenants. He also counsels employers regarding human resource problems and strategies, including discipline, termination, employment contracts, arbitration agreements, leaves of absence, and wage-hour law compliance. Mr. McFall's traditional labor experience includes counseling clients in union elections and campaigns, conducting union avoidance training, and arbitrating matters before the National Labor Relations Board.
