Bryan Pritikin is an experienced trial attorney and Partner in CPM’s Litigation Practice Group, representing clients in complex business, civil, commercial, and probate litigation. His corporate litigation practice includes business disputes, breaches of contract, fiduciary duty claims, fraud, restrictive covenants such as non-compete and non-solicitation provisions, and shareholder and partnership disputes, and declaratory actions. He also has significant experience litigating construction issues, representing contractors, developers, and businesses in contract enforcement, defect claims, and payment disputes.
Beyond corporate litigation, Bryan is a key resource for probate, estate, and trust litigation. He regularly handles will and trust contests, executor and trustee removal actions, fiduciary disputes, and cases involving undue influence and financial exploitation. His ability to navigate corporate and probate litigation allows him to provide comprehensive representation for clients facing legal challenges across multiple areas.
Bryan appears before state and federal trial and appellate courts, arbitration panels, and regulatory boards but also has had great success in alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration. His strategic and analytical approach to litigation and pre-trial diligence ensures persuasive advocacy and strong case positioning.
