Bryan K. Hogue represents individuals, business owners and closely held businesses with respect to their estate and tax planning, business succession planning, and general corporate and business matters.
Bryan chairs the Family Wealth Planning Group at Carlile Patchen & Murphy, LLP, which provides integrated income, gift, estate, and wealth transfer planning for individuals, business executives and business owners.
Bryan has received the Martindale-Hubbell rating of AV®Preeminent. Bryan is also listed in the “Best Lawyers in America” for Closely Held Companies and Family Business Law and Trusts and Estates; and named by Business First as one of “Columbus’s Top Lawyers.”

Bryan serves on the Professional Council of the Columbus Foundation. He is past member of the Professional Advisory Committee of the Columbus Medical Association Foundation and the Development Board of Children’s Hospital of Columbus.

Bryan received his law degree from Capital University in 1985 with Order of the Curia honors. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Wittenberg University in 1981.
