Bryan E. DeMaggio is a Jacksonville, Florida attorney with Sheppard, White, Kachergus, & DeMaggio, P.A., where he represents clients in Appellate Practice, Civil Rights Law, Criminal Defense: General Practice, and Criminal Defense: White-Collar matters. Born and raised in Jacksonville, Mr. DeMaggio joined the firm in 2008 following a clerkship with the practice. His work includes criminal defense litigation, appeals, and civil rights cases in both state and federal courts.
Mr. DeMaggio is admitted to practice law in Florida and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle, Northern, and Southern Districts of Florida and the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. Through his practice at Sheppard, White, Kachergus, & DeMaggio, P.A., he represents individuals and organizations in complex legal matters involving criminal allegations, constitutional issues, and appellate review.
After graduating in the top ten of his class at Paxon School for Advanced Studies in Jacksonville, Mr. DeMaggio attended Florida State University. He earned undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science, summa cum laude. His academic work led to his induction into the Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Kappa Phi honor societies.
