Bruce J. McNeil is the author of over 28 books and the author or co-author of over 80 articles on employee benefit matters. He testified before the U. S. Senate Committee on Finance on executive compensation matters raised during the hearings regarding the Enron Corporation. He also testified before the U. S. Department of Labor’s Advisory Council on Employee Welfare and Pension Benefit Plans regarding employee benefit matters.
Additionally, Bruce is a frequent lecturer on employee benefits and executive and deferred compensation, both nationally and internationally. His recent speaking engagements have included the Notre Dame Tax and Estate Planning Institute, the Tax-Efficient Executive Remuneration Planning Conference in London, and other employee benefits conferences in cities across the country.
Before working at Littler, Bruce worked in Employee Plans Technical and Actuarial Division of the Internal Revenue Service in Washington, D.C. He also was an adjunct professor of law at the University of Minnesota Law School and is a fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel.
