Bruce is a partner with Pitblado Law practicing corporate and commercial law. He has over 30 years’ experience in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, commercial real estate, property development, corporate governance, transaction structuring, corporate finance as well as shareholder and partnership agreements. Bruce also provides general legal advice to business owners and assists organizations with their contractual needs.
Throughout his career, Bruce has been counsel on numerous large and mid-market transactions in the insurance, agriculture and the healthcare industry, including acting as the Manitoba counsel on national transactions.
