Bruce Gill

Bruce D. Gill is an Equity Member of the firm, and his practice concentrates on construction defect litigation, as well as insurance coverage and litigation. In addition, his practice involves the defense of various professional disciplines, including attorneys, healthcare providers, pharmacists, and dentists. He also has considerable experience defending a range of personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as contract disputes. He has extensive experience in appellate advocacy, including both briefing and oral argument, over a range of issues. He also is involved in estate planning and probate, including contested will litigation and trust litigation.
