She has obtained significant recoveries for investors in fraud and unsuitable investment cases and has litigated matters that have attracted national attention, including a Fourth Circuit decision involving the enforceability of arbitration agreements in the securities industry. Her representative matters also include shareholder litigation, complex business disputes, and product liability cases.
