Brittany N. Oravec is an associate attorney at Selzer Gurvitch in Bethesda, Maryland, where she represents businesses and individuals in matters involving Tax Law, corporate transactions, business planning and real estate matters. Prior to joining Selzer Gurvitch, Brittany served as a tax controversy associate at an AmLaw 100 law firm, worked as a tax associate for a Fortune 500 multinational corporation and practiced at an international tax law firm concentrating on tax and estate planning matters. Her background provides experience with tax issues affecting closely held businesses, corporate entities and individual taxpayers.
Brittany earned her Bachelor of Arts in French from Virginia Tech, her Juris Doctor with a concentration in Tax Law from George Mason University and her LL.M. in Tax Law, with distinction, from Georgetown University. She also earned a Certificate in International Tax from Georgetown University.
