Brittany Mortimer has been a part of Monty & Ramirez LLP since 2014. Based in Houston, Texas, her practice centers on labor and employment law, commercial litigation, and human resources counseling for employers across a wide range of industries. She represents management in employment-related disputes involving wage and hour claims, discrimination and harassment allegations, retaliation claims, workplace policies, and other complex workplace matters.
Brittany regularly defends employers before state and federal agencies, including the U.S. Department of Labor, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Her experience includes representing both public and private employers, from emerging businesses to Fortune 500 companies, in matters involving labor and employment litigation and workplace compliance.
