Brianna Bartelsmeyer Turner

Brianna Bartelsmeyer Turner is an associate in the Real Estate Practice Group. She primarily works on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and financing of long term care and senior housing facilities. Brianna provides support in diligence review — including review of title, survey, and zoning reports — drafting and negotiating purchase documents and loan documents, and closing management. Prior to joining Bradley, she worked as a title underwriter and escrow officer for a residential title company.
