As the founder and managing partner of Tully Law Group, PC, Brian Andrew Tully serves his clients and the community as a trusted senior advocate in the legal, financial and healthcare realms. He has been practicing elder care law and estate planning since 1998 and has been certified as an elder law attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation since 2003.
With offices across Long Island, Tully Law Group focuses on helping their clients provide for their loved ones through creative estate planning, protecting their assets from financial risks and helping them to maintain their peace of mind and family relationships as they age.

Tully recently concluded his term serving as president of the Life Care Planning Law Firms Association, a nationwide organization of holistic elder care law firms nationwide. Also on the national level, Tully is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, and WealthCounsel.
On the state level, he is a member of the New York State Bar Association’s Trusts & Estates Section and Elder Law Section. He has assisted in lobbying for long-term care reform in New York and has served as a New York State Bar Association publication editor. In addition, he is a member of the New York chapter of NAELA.In 2026, Tully was recognized by Best Lawyers for professional excellence in private practice. He was also named to the Metro New York Super Lawyers list each year from 2011 through 2026, among other industry accolades.
Brian and his wife, Ingrid, have three children and enjoy weekends filled with playful dogs, local travel and active involvement with their church community
