Brian Raley is a commercial litigation attorney with more than 20 years of experience representing businesses and individuals in Atlanta, Georgia, and throughout the state. His practice at CM Law, LLP, focuses on Commercial Litigation, including partnership disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, breach of contract matters, fraud claims, commercial real estate disputes, wrongful foreclosure claims, commercial lease disputes, employment contract disputes, and non-competition and non-solicitation claims.
Mr. Raley represents clients ranging from corporations to individuals across industries that include gaming, telecommunications, property insurance, commercial real estate, recycling, and construction.
