Brian Bouggy is a partner in Densborn Blachly LLP’s Business Group in Indianapolis, Indiana. His practice includes Corporate Law and Real Estate Law, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, private equity transactions, and commercial real estate matters. Brian represents private companies, investor groups, operating companies, and investment fund sponsors in a wide range of business and transactional matters.
Brian advises clients on mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and the structuring and formation of investment funds and other business entities. He also counsels clients on debt and equity offerings, corporate governance matters, securities-related issues, and day-to-day business transactions. His experience includes working with privately held companies, startup ventures, family offices, and investment groups across multiple industries.
In his Real Estate Law practice, Brian represents real estate development and acquisition sponsors, private real estate investment funds, and commercial property investors in matters involving acquisitions, development projects, financing arrangements, and related transactions. He works closely with clients to help structure transactions that align with their business and investment objectives.
