Biography
Brian Eagan, an attorney and partner of the firm, leads Solomon Dwiggins Freer & Steadman’s probate and trust and estate administration practice. Brian focuses much of his practice assisting clients following the death of a family member or a loved one. Clients value Brian’s compassion, his creative problem solving and his ability to digest large amounts of complex information and explain it in everyday terms. Brian also frequently represents private and professional fiduciaries, beneficiaries, trustees and creditors in contested matters in the probate court for Clark County and throughout Nevada. He has both prosecuted and defended will and trust contests and litigated issues of undue influence, competency and breach of fiduciary duty. With a background in domestic relations law, Brian also routinely negotiates and drafts premarital agreements for the firm’s high net worth clients. Brian currently serves on the executive committee of the Nevada State Bar’s Probate and Trust Section. He previously chaired the committee responsible for revising the probate rules for the Clark County district court. His past community involvement also includes serving on the Las Vegas Steering Committee of the Human Rights Campaign and as a board member of NevadaGIVES. Brian is a graduate of the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Las Vegas program. Brian holds a star rating of 4.9 of 5 in Martindale-Hubbell having received numerous positive reviews from his peers for his legal knowledge and expertise. He has been recognized by Best Lawyer’s in America, Super Lawyers, Legal Elite by the Nevada Business Magazine and is rated “Superb” on Avvo.
