Brian practices exclusively family law and has significant experience navigating complex legal decision-making, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, and property and debt division issues for his clients. He is well versed in high conflict marital dissolution matters, paternity cases, and post-decree disputes and is a skilled trial attorney. However, Brian believes the most effective and efficient way to resolve family law matters is via mediation or alternative dispute resolution, and he values the art of negotiation to best serve his clients. Brian currently serves as an adjunct professor at the Sandra Day O’Connor School of Law at Arizona State University teaching Family Law to JD students.
