Brian Glicos is Senior Counsel with Peckar & Abramson PC in its River Edge, New Jersey office. His practice focuses on Construction Law and Litigation – Construction, including complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters arising from private and public construction projects.
Brian represents construction managers, general contractors, and design-build entities throughout all phases of project construction and in the resolution of disputes through litigation, arbitration, and mediation. He advises clients on a wide range of construction law issues, including contract disputes, delay and disruption claims, change-order and extra work claims, mechanics’ liens, public bidding challenges, and construction defect claims. Brian has significant courtroom and alternative dispute resolution experience, having served as lead counsel in multiple jury trials and representing clients on both the plaintiff and defense sides in arbitrations and mediations.
Brian earned his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law and his Bachelor of Science from Monmouth University. During law school, he interned for the Honorable Claire C. Cecchi, United States District Judge for the District of New Jersey, participated in the Seton Hall Equal Justice Clinic, and served as a clerk in the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office.
