Biography

Brian F. Laule joined Bye, Goff & Rohde in 2007. Licensed in Wisconsin and Minnesota, he practices exclusively in the area of personal injury law plaintiffs and has handled cases across the Midwest. For Brian, personal injury law has never just been a profession—it's been a calling to stand up for people when they're at their most vulnerable. When someone has been seriously injured through no fault of their own, they need an advocate who will fight tirelessly on their behalf, and that's exactly what Brian strives to be for every client he represents.

He handles a wide range of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle and recreational vehicle accidents, premises liability, workplace injuries, farm accidents, and dog bites. He approaches every case with the expectation that it will go to trial, which means thorough investigation, expert collaboration, and meticulous preparation from day one. This trial-ready mindset, combined with a client-specific strategy tailored to each person's unique circumstances, has helped secure multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients.

In 2017, Brian received the Wisconsin Association for Justice's Outstanding Young Trial Lawyer Award, which remains one of his most meaningful honors. He is also a Board Certified Civil Trial Specialist through the National Board of Trial Advocacy and holds an AV Preeminent Peer Review Rating from Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of the invitation-only American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) and the National Association of Distinguished Counsel (NADC).

Outside the courtroom, you will find Brian active in the community as a member of the River Falls Rotary Club and at sporting events for his three children.
