Brian C. Hall

Philadelphia personal injury lawyer Brian C. Hall has nearly three decades of experience representing accident victims at the negotiating table, as well as in the courtroom. He concentrates his practice on complex personal injury litigation. This includes cases involving medical malpractice, defective products, and institutional abuse, such as physical abuse and sexual abuse. Brian is proud to help so many clients and their families secure justice and resources to help them recover from the injuries and losses that others have caused them.

Brian received his undergraduate degree at Rutgers University, New Brunswick. He then went on to earn a Master’s Degree from Columbia University. Later, he decided to pursue a career in law, and graduated from Temple University School of Law. While there, he wrote for a law journal and received awards for outstanding performance in Jurisprudence and Trial Advocacy.

Brian has successfully litigated and tried numerous cases in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey courts on a wide range of issues, including failure to diagnose cancer, failure to diagnose and treat heart attack, birth injury, nursing home neglect, and medical care for stroke victims before, during, and after they suffer strokes. His work has resulted in many million- and multimillion-dollar recoveries for his clients.

Brian has been a speaker for the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association on legal practice in trial courts and on premises liability issues. He handles numerous pro bono cases involving automobile negligence and premises liability, and he coordinates the firm’s pro bono program.

Brian served as the President of Media Borough (Pa.) Council for twelve years, and served on the Council as Vice President for an additional four years. He presently serves as a member of the Citizen Advisory Committee to Media’s Comprehensive Plan Update, and is a member of Media’s Zoning Hearing Board.
