Brian J. Breiter is a civil trial attorney with more than 30 years of experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation. As a founding partner of Law Offices of Brian J. Breiter LLP in Los Angeles, California, he represents individuals and families in complex injury and wrongful death matters throughout California and Florida. Mr. Breiter is licensed in both states and is fluent in Spanish.

Mr. Breiter has obtained several hundred million dollars in settlements and verdicts on behalf of injured clients. His practice focuses on wrongful death claims, traumatic brain injuries, serious orthopedic injuries, automobile accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking collisions, dog bite injuries, and premises liability cases, including slip-and-fall incidents. He has secured numerous seven-figure recoveries, including a $47,525,000 wrongful death settlement.

Recognized for his courtroom presence and trial preparation, Mr. Breiter incorporates his background in acting and improvisation into his litigation approach. With more than three decades of experience as a professional actor, he developed Improv for Trial (https://ImprovForTrial.com), a program designed to help attorneys strengthen communication, storytelling, and jury connection during trial.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Breiter has taught advocacy and improvisational techniques to legal professionals and students. He has also taught at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law.
