With more than 35 years of legal experience, Brent provides comprehensive, compassionate representation to everyone who walks through his doors — personalized, one-on-one advocacy that truly puts clients first. Brent began his career at Bordas and Bordas in Wheeling, West Virginia, then served as an attorney for the Office of the Attorney General of Guam before returning stateside to practice in Charleston, South Carolina. In 1995, he founded Stewart Law Offices in Rock Hill — a firm that has now served the Carolinas for more than 30 years.
Licensed in South Carolina and West Virginia, he concentrates his practice on personal injury: car accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and workers’ compensation. Today the firm serves clients from offices in Rock Hill, Spartanburg, Lexington, Columbia, and Beaufort, South Carolina, and Charlotte, North Carolina.
