Brent Arant is a personal injury lawyer who focuses primarily on auto wreck, tractor trailer, and catastrophic injury cases at Joye Law Firm.While growing up on a dairy farm in Bowman, South Carolina, Brent, a fifth-generation farmer, learned the value of hard work, perseverance and dedication at a young age. These same traits, and his tenacity, have helped Brent recover millions of dollars for his clients in the span of just a few years.

When his grandfather died unexpectedly while Brent was in high school, his family faced a dilemma and turned to a lawyer for help with succession planning for the family farm. Brent saw the kind of assistance that a skilled attorney could provide to a family facing a difficult time. That formative experience inspired Brent to pursue a legal career and to use his skills to help others going through tough times.

“When I first meet with clients, I try to treat them just like any other member of my family,” he says. “I want them to know that I care, that I’m on their side, and that I’m just like them at the end of the day. I also want them to know they’ve met someone they can trust and somebody they can count on to fight for them.”
