Brendan Bailey practices within a broad range of finance-related areas, focusing on the representation of institutional investors, hedge funds, business development companies, small business investment companies, private equity groups and sponsors, in their investment, buy-out and finance transactions.
As a member of the Investment Team, Brendan’s practice is primarily focused on finance-related transactions, specifically within the areas of private equity, mezzanine finance and venture capital. Brendan’s practice also includes the representation of equity investors in connection with buy-out, co-investment and other mergers and acquisitions-related transactions.
Prior to joining the firm, Brendan practiced in the Charlotte office of Parker Poe Adams & Bernstein LLP, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and securities matters.
