I received my formal education through leading schools and law faculties across the country. Still, the best education I ever received was right at home, growing up with one of the nation's best-ever trial lawyers, my father, Louis Buddy Yosha. I began my academic career studying marketing at the University of Miami (FL) School of Business and Lehigh University College of Business and Economics. I also lettered as a football player for both universities. Following my undergraduate studies, I obtained my Juris Doctorate from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 2019.

Five weeks into practice, I was fortunate enough to participate in a two-week jury trial against an Indiana utility company. This company acted carelessly by prematurely authorizing our client, an independent contractor, to excavate on its premises without checking for live electrical activity directly beneath the dig site's surface. As a result, our client was shocked at thousands of volts of electricity and suffered permanent neurological damage, impotence, and tinnitus. The utility company offered $50,000 to settle the case at mediation. The jury returned a damage verdict totaling $20.3 million. I am proud to have given the opening statement and final argument on damages for Wayne and Amy Simmons, who deserved every penny for what they had gone through and will continue going through for the rest of their lives.

While obtaining large jury verdicts for our clients is deeply gratifying, I am not a lawyer focused on chasing records or recognitions. Instead, I am a lawyer obsessed with obtaining full justice for our clients. Admittedly, in most cases, no amount of money can undo the life-changing injuries our clients sustain as negligence victims. But at the end of every personal injury claim, the legal remedy will resemble a just or an unjust monetary result. I am constantly pursuing a just outcome for all of our clients.
