Biography
Brandon Jones’s practice focuses on helping individuals and business owners in a number of capacities. As an estate planner, he works with a broad spectrum of clients from all stages of life to implement effective estate plans – from young families just starting out to high-net-worth individuals and couples interested in transferring the wealth they’ve built to benefit the next generation in an efficient manner. His experience also includes estate and trust administration, as well as guardianship proceedings before the clerk of court, especially for clients with disabled adult children.
In addition to his trust and estates work, a significant portion of Brandon’s practice also consists of assisting small business owners and entrepreneurs with all aspects of ownership and operation, including business formation, management, contract drafting and negotiation, business succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. Brandon enjoys working with clients from a diverse variety of industries and helping them successfully navigate the legal and business landscape. He also has prior experience in business and contract disputes, construction law, real property disputes, personal injury and family law.
Brandon previously worked in our litigation practice where he focused on medical malpractice defense. He continues to support our litigation team, especially in matters involving estate disputes. Where possible, he uses his negotiation and advocacy skills to resolve issues in his client’s favor without litigation.
