Biography
Brandon focuses on helping people face serious injuries or the loss of a loved one – as he has for nearly two decades. He works statewide on cases involving auto and truck collisions, dangerous roads, medical malpractice, and nursing home negligence. Brandon’s fast pace means his clients can put lawsuits behind them sooner and concentrate on moving forward with their lives.
Brandon’s courtroom success has been featured in newspapers. Trial Magazine, the Tennessee Bar Journal, and The Tennessee Trial Lawyer published articles written by Brandon. Brandon has given more than a hundred speeches on cutting edge legal issues.
As quickly as he moves at work, Brandon’s greatest joy is slowing down to spend time with his wife, Jessica, and their three children, Sophia, Graham, and Marlee. He also works with a number of non-profit groups, including the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association.
