Brandon Bullard is an appellate attorney in Atlanta, Georgia and the founder of The Bullard Firm LLC. His practice focuses on appellate practice and criminal law, representing clients in state and federal appeals across the country. Named a Georgia Super Lawyers honoree for 2024, Brandon has dedicated his career to handling appeals involving a wide range of criminal matters, from misdemeanor offenses to serious felony convictions.
In addition to representing clients on appeal, Brandon works closely with trial counsel on complex criminal cases, assisting with case strategy, pretrial and post-trial motions, preservation of appellate issues, and litigation support. He is also a frequent commentator on appellate and criminal law issues in the media.
Brandon is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States, multiple federal courts of appeals, and appellate courts throughout Georgia. He is a member of the American Bar Association’s Council of Appellate Lawyers, the Clarence Cooper Inn of Court at Emory University, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the Federal Bar Association. Brandon also previously served as Chair of the State Bar of Georgia’s Appellate Practice Section.
