Bradley Ratliff is a transactional attorney whose practice focuses on complex business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, divestures and asset sales, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and recapitalizations, and corporate governance matters. Mr. Ratliff has represented a broad spectrum of clients, including public and private companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies across several industries, including energy and energy-related services, clean energy and renewables, technology and digital infrastructure, engineering and construction. Prior to joining Egan Nelson, Mr. Ratliff was previously affiliated with the Houston office of Winston & Strawn where he practiced in the corporate group.
