Bradley J. Prochaska is the founding partner of Prochaska Law Firm LLC in Wichita, Kansas. His practice focuses on Medical Malpractice Law - Plaintiffs and Personal Injury Litigation - Plaintiffs, representing individuals and families affected by serious injuries, medical negligence, and catastrophic loss.
Founded in 1988, Prochaska Law Firm LLC serves clients throughout Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, Illinois, and Colorado. Bradley has devoted much of his career to handling complex medical malpractice and personal injury cases, including matters involving birth injuries, surgical errors, delayed diagnoses, and other forms of professional negligence.
Over the course of his career, Bradley has represented victims facing life-changing injuries and difficult legal challenges. He is known for taking on complex medical malpractice claims, including cases that other firms may decline. His experience includes multiple medical malpractice case results in Kansas exceeding $4 million, including the largest verdict in Kansas history at $35 million.
Bradley approaches each case with personal attention and a commitment to thorough preparation. After losing his mother-in-law as a result of medical malpractice, he gained a personal understanding of the impact negligence can have on patients and families. He intentionally maintains a focused caseload so he can dedicate significant time and resources to each client and case.
In addition to his litigation practice, Bradley has held leadership roles within legal organizations focused on protecting the rights of injured individuals. He is a former president of the Kansas Association for Justice and a longstanding member of the Leaders Forum of the American Association for Justice. He previously served as national co-chairman of the Birth Trauma Litigation Group and currently serves as national co-chairman of the Professional Negligence Group.
