Bradley Bingham is a partner in the Government Services and Finance Department of the firm's Indianapolis, Indiana office. McKinney School of Law, where he was an associate editor for the Indiana Law Review, member of the Dean's Tutorial Society, elected to the Order of the Barristers and semi-finalist in the Honorable Robert H. Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition.
