Biography
Brad’s practice focuses on Insurance Law, Litigation – Insurance, Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants, and Workers’ Compensation Law – Employers. In addition, he handles matters involving commercial litigation, insurance coverage, insurance defense, tort litigation, corporate and finance issues, receiverships, government relations, and consulting. He represents clients from Jackson, Tennessee and across the Southeast through his work with Rainey, Kizer, Reviere & Bell PLC.
Brad has been recognized by U.S. News & World Report as Tennessee Lawyer of the Year on two occasions and has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for more than a decade. He has significant courtroom experience and has tried numerous cases in both state and federal courts. Brad holds an AV-Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell®, reflecting peer and judicial evaluations regarding professional ability and ethical standards.
