Biography
Brad is senior counsel with Williams Law Group LLC, a plaintiffs’ litigation firm based in Indianapolis, Indiana. He was recognized as a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers in 2012 in connection with legal malpractice matters and was selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America in 2025.
Brad represents individuals and businesses in complex disputes, with a practice focused on Commercial Litigation and Mass Tort Litigation / Class Actions – Plaintiffs. His work also includes legal malpractice, defamation, and civil rights matters. Brad has been involved in multiple jury trials resulting in verdicts exceeding $10 million, including a verdict exceeding $130 million. He is admitted to practice law in Indiana and Ohio.
A native of Westfield, Indiana, Brad attended Wabash College as an Honor Scholar and graduated cum laude with an A.B. in Political Science. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame School of Law. After law school, Brad served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Mary DeGenaro of Ohio’s Seventh District Court of Appeals, where he assisted with appellate research, drafting opinions, and preparing materials related to Ohio’s appellate law certification examination.
Brad serves on the Executive Committee of the Litigation Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association. He is regularly invited to speak with attorneys about the use of technology in legal practice and recent developments in Indiana law. Brad also volunteers as a moot court judge for the Indiana Appellate Institute and authors Technolawgical, a column addressing technology in legal practice, published in Verdict, the quarterly journal of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association.
