Boseul "Jenny" Jeong

Boseul "Jenny" Jeong focuses her practice on matters involving acquisition, disposition, and financing/refinancing of commercial real estate. She drafts and reviews documents related to diverse commercial real estate projects and transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, amendments to easement agreements, loan documents, lease agreements and legal opinions. She is skilled in regulatory research on many topics including zoning restrictions and state licensing requirements.

Jenny has also worked with clients on matters related to SBA-guaranteed loans and small business lending, and general litigation matters with an emphasis on discrimination and other employment-related issues within institutions of higher education. She managed other litigation and risk management disputes related to commercial contracts, the Fair Housing Act, and constitutional challenges.
