Bonnie R. Golub is a partner at Weir LLP in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she focuses her practice on Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights / Insolvency and Reorganization Law, commercial litigation, foreclosure matters, and commercial reorganization. Her practice includes representing financial institutions, lenders, creditors, trustees, creditors’ committees, debtors, and private companies in workout, restructuring, and transactional matters.
Ms. Golub regularly appears in both state and federal courts on behalf of clients in the financial services industry. She has handled complex Chapter 11 proceedings and has defended preference and avoidance actions in bankruptcy cases across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Delaware, Georgia, Florida, Maryland, and California.
