Before joining Raleigh Divorce Law Firm, Blake served as an intern attorney with the North Carolina Department of Justice’s Division of Child Development and Early Education under the supervision of the Division’s Assistant Attorneys General. Through this work, he gained experience with legal issues affecting children and families across North Carolina.
Blake developed an interest in Family Law while attending law school, where he completed advanced family law coursework and gained insight into the challenges families often face during legal disputes and major life changes. He understands that divorce and custody matters can involve significant emotional and financial concerns, and he works closely with clients to provide clear communication and individualized legal guidance.
Originally born in Landstuhl, Germany, Blake is the son of a United States Army officer and lived in several states and countries before settling in Raleigh. Growing up in different communities helped shape his ability to connect with people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.

While Blake primarily handles Family Law matters in Wake County, he also represents clients in Durham, Lee, and Franklin counties.
