Beth began her legal career in 1987 with a boutique trial firm and later became the first female national trial attorney for Owens Corning in asbestos litigation. From 1993 through 1999, she handled complex litigation matters in courtrooms across the United States, building extensive trial experience in high-stakes cases involving serious injuries and corporate disputes.
In 1999, she founded Beth Klein PC. Since then, she has represented plaintiffs in complex litigation involving defective products, catastrophic injuries, insurance disputes, and professional negligence claims. Her work has included a statewide class action involving defective roofing materials and litigation against American Family Insurance that resulted in the retroactive enhancement of approximately 27,000 automobile insurance policies under Colorado law.

For decades, Beth has also worked on matters involving human trafficking and exploitation, representing survivors in civil litigation and contributing to legislative efforts in the United States and abroad. Her humanitarian efforts have included collaborating with government agencies and nonprofit organizations to assist vulnerable communities and support literacy and educational initiatives for women and children in Uganda and Kenya.
Her litigation work has extended internationally, including lawsuits involving military contractors operating in conflict zones. One notable case, Dawson v. Fluor, was recognized as “Case of the Year” by the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association and later entered into the Texas Verdict Hall of Fame. The case resulted in a $19 million verdict following extensive international investigation and witness coordination.
Beth Klein has been inducted into the Texas Verdict Hall of Fame and has obtained substantial verdicts and settlements on behalf of injured clients and families throughout her career. She remains focused on maintaining a selective caseload so she can provide individualized attention and thoughtful representation to every client.
