Bernard G. Poznanski

Bernie is a partner on the Securities/Corporate Finance/Mergers & Acquisitions team at Koffman Kalef LLP, based in Vancouver, British Columbia. He assists clients across a range of industries, focusing on Leveraged Buyouts and Private Equity Law, Mergers and Acquisitions Law, and Securities Law. Bernie has worked with numerous companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, the TSX Venture Exchange, the American Stock Exchange, and NASDAQ, offering significant insight into technology and mining sectors, as well as managing companies with international ventures. Bernie has held positions as a director or officer in various publicly traded companies.

Bernie has jointly lectured courses in Business Associations and Corporate Finance and Securities in the Faculty of Law at the University of British Columbia. He has also spoken on corporate, commercial and securities matters in addition to having published papers in various law journals.
