Benoît Lafourcade, DELCADE’s partner and co-founder, is based in Paris and Bordeaux and a qualified Solicitor in the United Kingdom. Point of contact for various embassies, he regularly acts on behalf of French and foreign companies requiring strategic and transversal legal support in business law.

His expertise also covers mergers and acquisitions and private equity, advising SMEs and foreign entities in relation to domestic and international operations.
