Benoît Bommelaer

Benoît BOMMELAER started practising as a barrister in Rennes in 2002.He contributed to the setting up of the Rennes office of Cornet Vincent Ségurel in January 2010.His expertise encompasses advice and lease litigation (commercial and residential leases). He assists condominiums in relation to legal proceedings. He also handles cases relating to Construction Law, and assists co-ownership managers and real-estate agencies in professional liability proceedings.He teaches commercial lease law for the postgraduate degree in Business Law (DJCE).
