Benno Guggenheimer brings his technical background to bear on his patent work for Fortune 500 companies. His practice includes patent prosecution and patent analysis, with a focus on electronic devices, software products, medical devices and automated systems.

Benno works closely with his clients to develop and maintain patent portfolios that are relevant and commercially viable. With a background in engineering, Benno routinely provides analysis for patent acquisitions, preparation for licensing and license enforcement for consumer electronics, software products and a variety of other technical areas. Benno also applies his litigation experience to patent disputes and is skilled at patent due diligence, asset assertion and infringement analysis.

Prior to joining the firm, Benno worked as an associate at a top-tier San Francisco firm.
