Biography
Benjamin S. Wagner is a shareholder at the firm and has been a member of the firm since 2003. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2003 and also received the Phillips Owens Memorial Scholarship for outstanding academic achievement and community service. Mr. Wagner has successfully tried numerous cases throughout southeastern Wisconsin. Due to his significant trial experience and success, he has been certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and as an advocate by the National Board of Civil Pretrial Practice Advocacy, and listed in the 2012, 2013, and 2014 editions of the Best Lawyers in America.
