Ben is a partner in the firm’s New York Office. He represents clients in a range of transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, and general corporate matters.
Prior to joining the firm, Ben served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Julia Smith Gibbons, Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
