Ben represents parties in the purchase, sale, leasing, and financing of real estate in Vermont and Massachusetts, ranging from multi-million dollar commercial projects to residential dwellings and condominium units. Ben’s captive insurance clients range from large companies owned by publicly-traded corporations with international operations, including numerous Fortune 500 companies, to small companies owned by privately-held, family-run businesses. Ben’s clients reflect a wide range of market sectors, including health care, construction, retail, manufacturing, finance, educational, and quasi-governmental.
Prior to joining PF+C, Ben worked as an associate at Brown Rudnick LLP in Boston, Massachusetts, where he focused on commercial real estate transactions, siting and contracting for public utilities and telecommunications companies, and representation of bondholders in large-scale Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases.
